Rates
- Initial Intake Session: $175
- Ongoing Sessions: $150 per session
- Additional Fees: Sessions that run longer than the allotted time, school visits, long phone calls with you or other providers (e.g., school personnel, medical providers), travel, or any services involving the legal system will be billed at a higher rate.
Insurance & Payment
- Credentialed with select insurance plans through Headway. Insurance availability is currently limited, and priority is given to private pay openings.
- Private pay clients can request a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance company.
- If you are seeking an in-network insurance appointment, please note that wait times may apply, and new insurance openings may not be available.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your session and need to cancel, please contact me directly at (830) 351-8355 with more than 24 hours in advance. If you do not attend the appointment without giving 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full cost of the session.
